We’re expanding our in-house rapid prototyping capability with the addition of a Bambu Lab H2D. Working alongside our existing printers, it increases our capacity to produce samples, evaluate designs and make faster iterations—all under one roof.

For our customers, this means quicker feedback during development and more opportunities to refine a design before moving to more advanced prototyping processes. Producing early prototypes in-house helps us assess fit, form and practical function, identify potential issues sooner and reduce the cost of exploring design changes.

The addition also broadens our material options, including engineering polymers such as glass-fibre-reinforced nylon and flexible materials. These give us greater scope to explore different requirements, from stiffness and durability to flexibility, using materials suited to each application.

With additional capacity to run prints overnight, we can make better use of the hours between working days, helping shorten lead times and get samples into customers’ hands sooner.

This investment supports our approach to product development: test early, learn quickly and refine designs with confidence before committing to the next stage.
